Fabric Donation

Susan, the owner of the Bernina store, The Bleu Crab Quilt Co., 3991 Deep Rock Rd., Richmond, VA 23233 gave us this bundle of fabric for making a quilt for a veteran. Georgie brought the fabric to our July meeting along with the background fabric that was a gift from her. Isn't this just the perfect fabric for a patriot quilt?

The wonderful assortment of fabric will make a very nice quilt using a star block with a coordinated-scrappy look. I'll try to get a sample made up and have the pattern and kits for our SEPTEMBER meeting. I was at the Bernina store today to get some fabric for our AUGUST blocks and thanked Susan again for giving the fabric to Georgie for our project.

 

I wanted everyone to see the fabric before it is all cut up into star kits.
