What is Giving Tuesday?
Giving Tuesday is a day of global giving that takes place on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving every year. It originally started in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Giving Tuesday encourages communities to work together and to use the power of generosity to remain connected. This year, the ability to stay connected to our communities has been central to our lives.
The Virginia Quilt Museum is proud of the work we have done to help the quilting community connect in new ways, but it is only with your help that we can continue to provide our services to you and others who love quilts.
