Sept. 26 Luncheon is Canceled

 The luncheon scheduled for Friday at JJ’s has been canceled. Most members have made other plans, so it will be better to wait until October. Thanks for understanding. Hope to see you soon. 

September 26 Luncheon

 The September luncheon will be on Friday, September 26, at 12:30.  We’ll meet at JJ’s Grille at 10298 Staples Mill Road. Plan to bring your Show and Tell and enjoy the company. Please let Brenda know by Wednesday, September 24, if you are coming so reservations may be made.  See you soon!

Embroidery Machine at Trash to Treasure

Our October 14 meeting will be our annual silent auction. If you've been wanting to explore machine embroidery this could be a great opportunity and all proceeds go towards buying batting and backing fabric for our Quilts for Veterans project.

From Dawn:  I will be donating this Brother PE-770 Embroidery machine along with all manuals etc., to the upcoming Trash to Treasure event on October 14th! Hardly used and would be a great starter machine.

Sept Meeting - Bobbin Angels

Debbie Q will be teaching us how to make a Bobbin Angel at our Sept 9th program.

She will provide everything for us to make an angel, but would appreciate each of us giving her a bobbin (any kind) in exchange for the bobbin she will prepare for us.

Remember to bring your Sept 9-patch for the exchange and regular Show & Tell.
