July meeting

Our next meeting is Tuesday, July 13, at 7 pm in our usual space.  Hanover County is still asking that we register in advance, but will not be taking temperatures.  😊

Betsy Scott will be doing a trunk show this month.  Thank you, Betsy!

We will also be collecting for the WHEAT food pantry at this meeting.  Included below is a list of suggested items.  A representative from WHEAT will stop by at the beginning of the meeting to pick up our donated items.

Suggested items for WHEAT:

Boxes of breakfast cereal or instant oatmeal
Oatmeal
Pancake mix with syrup, some low sugar or sugar free
Boxes of Mac ‘n cheese
Any size and type of tomato products
1 lb. bags of dried beans, rice or noodles. They can break down very large bags if you want to buy in   bulk
Spaghetti sauce
Ramen noodles
Peanut butter and/or jelly
Cans of meat: chicken, tuna, potted meat, sardines
Canned vegetables
Canned fruit, including low sugar and sugar free
Canned beans, any kind
Any size or kind of soup
Any type of one-dish meals, Brunswick stew, chicken and dumplings, beef stew
Quart envelopes of dried milk
Envelopes of dried potatoes
Dressing Mix
Meal starters like hamburger helper
Coffee and tea
Hygiene products: soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bandaids, razors, wash cloths, hand towels, combs, deodorant
Bleach spray
Comet
Liquid dishwashing soap
Scrub pads
Dish cloths and dish towels
Toilet paper
Paper towels
Tissues
Wipes
Small boxes of plastic zip containers for food storage
Foil, waxed paper, plastic wrap
Clothes washing detergent
