Wow, November is upon us....time flies when we are having fun (or not!)...
We do have lots of fun scheduled for ourselves:
Sewing days: November 8 & 9 -- Friday and Saturday -- come if you can and share the fun of sewing on our individual projects, while enjoying the company. Bring a lunch, or drive less than a mile to try some of our local fare! You can leave your machine and projects out if you come on Friday, and start right back in on Saturday!
Our Tuesday evening meeting will be on November 12th this month. Peggy L. and Becky B. teamed up to share with us "Glue basting" our quilts with Elmer's Glue! I can hardly wait myself to hear about this alternative!
Of course, show and tell is always welcome, so get prepared for inspiration just in time for the holiday season!
Hope you can join us....

quilt show & next events
The quilt show 2019 is complete! We took everything down today. Kathy M., I have your quilt, and will bring it on Tuesday! Will the person who picked up Christa's quilt please get in touch with her?
Thanks to everyone, including Diane's husband, and Vicki's for making the take down really easy! Betty, we owe a lot to your having your ladders available, THANKS! To everyone who submitted quilts, please know that the Center has pulled many of us aside to tell us how successful the show was, and how many "groups" from schools and elder centers made excursions in to the center to see the show! Our work was very much appreciated by the community! We're all looking forward to the next show, so stay busy, folks! See everyone Tuesday evening for our meeting and next weekend for sewing days.
